How To Look Stylish On Holidays
If you’re lucky enough to still be enjoying the summer holidays, or if you have some time off coming up, make sure you read our top tips below for looking stylish and chic even while relaxing or traveling!
Our number one rule for looking stylish on holidays is to ensure that you are comfortable! However, being comfortable doesn’t mean you have to lose your style. Think basic tank tops, fitted midi dresses or loose flowing maxi dresses. These styles are great for long car trips or plane rides.
For shoes, stick to sandals or even sneakers for a sporty touch for your summer style.
Pick the right shoes:
Heels with swimwear may look good on a fashion shoot, but they look ridiculous (and not to mention are impractical) by the pool or at the beach. When choosing shoes, keep them neutral in tan or black or metallic to ensure they don’t clash with your poolside outfit.
Black and tan are great classic options that work well with most colours and styles so you can easily transition your look from the pool to the bar!
Wear a hat:
Want to look timeless and fashionable? We’ve found just the thing! A hat is both practical and stylish and is a great way to add a little glamour into your holiday look.
Choose a sun hat with an over-sized brim and just remember – the taller you are, the bigger your hat can be!
Stick to basics:
Denim, tank tops, a cute playsuit and a white, black or printed sun dress will ensure you remain on-trend and fashionable during your vacation. These basics also look good when mixed and matched with each other so you’re never going to run out of something to wear.

Keep your beauty look simple:
When on holidays, you don’t want to have to worry about wearing a face-full of make-up and let’s be honest, it will probably wash off when you’re swimming anyway. All you need is a touch of waterproof mascara, lip gloss and a dust of bronzer for a little colour.
